At The Essence Vault, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance journey. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Ensure the fragrance bottles are securely packed in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new selection within 5-7 business days.
